Every single county in Wisconsin is deeply affected by the aftermath that abuse and trafficking leave in its wake. And, while trafficking is not new to Wisconsin, the COVID pandemic has greatly exacerbated the existing vulnerabilities in our communities that traffickers prey on.

LOTUS Legal Clinic is Wisconsin's only legal clinic that provides free comprehensive legal AND support services exclusively to victims of sexual violence and labor/sex trafficking.

At a time when we are seeing an increase in need for our services, we are also witnessing a drastic decrease in accessibility to support services and available funding.
